The structure behind the memberships. How we build an athlete, and how we scale the exact same thinking for anyone who needs it.
For athletes who play sport and want to get better, faster and more athletic.
Speed is the focus of everything we do, from your very first session. As your performance climbs, so does the demand your sport puts on your body, and sport takes more from you than it gives back. The supporting work (regeneration, upper body, power) is how we tip that the other way, building a body that can withstand the demand and keep developing. Through it all, the main thing stays the main thing.
Reset after the weekend and get moving well. Mobility, movement quality, healthy tissue, and the core and upper-body strength that supports speed. It is also where we catch anything the weekend left behind, before it becomes a problem.
Learning to apply force and project it, getting powerful in the first steps and generating speed. On more days this pairs with an upper-body and core day that supports your sport without taking away from your speed.
Top speed and the qualities behind it, more vertical and reactive, using slightly different muscle groups, built up to a weekly peak. On more days this pairs with a primer and power option.
You build the week as you earn it. Acceleration and max velocity are the core everyone does. From three days the Monday regeneration day becomes compulsory, it is what lets your body handle the extra load. Add more days and the supporting upper-body, core and power work fills in, until the full week is yours.
The more they commit to their sport, the more it takes out of them. The right training is what gives it back.
Net negative. It takes more from the body than it gives back, and the demand only grows the more they play.
Net positive. It builds and protects the body, and offsets what the sport takes.
Able to handle the demand, stay healthy, and keep performing.
This is why we build the week from Monday to Friday, and why we never throw anyone straight into five days. And it isn't always about adding a session. Often it's swapping a low-value sport day for a high-value training day, so it fits without adding to the week. The full week, built over time, is what protects them and keeps them improving for the long haul.
You move up when your testing, your time in, your consistency, your age and your results all say you are ready. More days, more of the week, more self-directed work. You earn it, we never sell it.
For people who play sport or exercise, but the athlete path isn't the right fit yet.
Coming back from injury, wanting more individual attention, or where flat-out sprinting isn't worth the risk. Two ways in, both built on the exact same structure.
A structured, seven-phase pathway that takes you from the injury all the way back to full speed and full trust. Most rehab stops when the pain does. Ours does not finish until you can push off it without thinking.
The full athlete program, scaled to you. The same weekly structure, with the high-risk speed block swapped for athletic alternatives that match the training, plus a little extra conditioning.
For when flat-out sprinting is not the right call yet, or the risk simply is not worth it. You still train like an athlete, just built around your body.
Calm the pain and protect the area, while we keep training everything around it so you never fully stop. This phase can last anywhere from hours to weeks depending on the injury. A grade 1 muscle strain and the swelling from an ACL tear are worlds apart.
Get the injured area itself working again: its strength, range and control.
Rebuild the whole chain around it, strength, symmetry, power, the surrounding joints and the opposite limb. Injuries are rarely just local.
Rebuild your numbers until they meet or beat where you were before the injury. Cleared is not the goal. Better is.
Where rehab meets sport: contact, decision making, and speed matched to the real demands of your game.
True clearance. Physically and mentally ready, not just signed off on paper.
Your biggest future risk is your injury history, so we keep your movement and performance maintained. We watch that symmetry does not creep back, and that fatigue or masking is not quietly setting up the next problem.
Training the full week, the full range, up to five days. Not everyone is ready for that on day one, and that is exactly the point. We build the skills and the body to get you there. Everyone's journey is different, and every one of them is planned.
