When you are always gassed, everyone assumes it is a fitness problem, so they do more cardio. Usually it is a power problem. Build your power and you get fitter without any extra cardio. Think of two people at the same pace: one cruising at 60% of their max, the other flat out at 90%. Power is what gives you that reserve.

And those niggles? Usually fixable.
