Every athlete is different. Some are springy and light on their feet. Others are powerful and grounded. Knowing your natural movement style helps us personalise your program so you get results faster and stay healthier.

Your testing session includes a full body check-up using the latest tech and expert eyes. We look at:
Mobility – how well your joints move
Strength and Stability – Especially around the hips, knees, and core
Drop jump – testing how reactive and explosive you are
Calf raise & ankles – building lower-leg strength and reducing injury risk
Countermovement jump (CMJ) – looking at power, timing, and balance
Hip thrusts & bench press – assessing raw strength
This gives us a full picture of your movement pattern, strength, weaknesses, and injury risk.
Once we’ve tested your body and movement style, we don’t just hand you a report, we build a plan.
Your program is designed around:

If you’re elastic, we’ll help you stay reactive and springy, but also build strength and control.
