Where the journey takes you

Your development years. Maximise your future potential by laying good foundations now, while the window is open. Skip this stage and you pay for it later: never quite reaching your peak in your prime, and far more likely to break down when the training load and competition ramp up.

Your prime. Take that foundation and maximise it with high performance programs as good as, or better than, what the elite athletes get. You perform at your peak, and you hold it for longer, extending your career and showing up athletes half your age.

More than fitter

Why we start with a workshop

We don't take anyone on cold. The workshop is the entry point to everything we do: testing, programs, membership. It means everyone we work with understands how we think and what we're building before they start. The right people get far more out of every session that follows, and if our approach makes sense to you, you're exactly who we do our best work with.

The why: the workshop

$49, online, around 30 minutes. Why we train the way we do, and what actually moves the needle. Can't make it live? Everyone who registers gets the recording.

The what: Testing & Plan

An individual assessment and a clear plan, the only way into our programs. Limited spots, and your $49 workshop fee is credited toward it.

The how: train with us

We map out how we'd train you, then you roll into ongoing membership and we get to work.
